Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using hirubix.com, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
Informational website only
The site describes Rubix Labs, our capabilities, and selected work. Website content is general information, not professional, legal, financial, insurance, security, or other regulated advice. A contact-form submission, email, meeting, proposal, or website interaction does not by itself create a client relationship, confidentiality obligation, partnership, fiduciary duty, offer, or commitment to perform services.
A project begins only when the relevant parties sign a separate written agreement. Until then, do not send confidential information or material owned by another party without permission.
Permitted use
Rubix Labs grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the public site for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Break any applicable law or violate another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access, probe security without written permission, bypass controls, or interfere with site operation.
- Introduce malware, malicious code, deceptive content, or harmful requests.
- Abuse the contact form, send spam, impersonate others, or submit false or misleading information.
- Use automated means to overload, scrape, copy, or extract the site in a manner that violates law, these terms, or technical restrictions. Ordinary search-engine and AI retrieval crawling that follows our published robots rules is permitted.
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected site content except as allowed by law or written permission.
Intellectual property
Rubix Labs and its licensors retain all rights in the site, branding, copy, software, designs, graphics, and other content. Product names, client names, screenshots, and trademarks shown in selected work may belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the work. No rights are granted except the limited permission stated in these terms.
Feedback
If you voluntarily send general ideas or feedback about this public website, you allow Rubix Labs to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not apply to confidential project materials governed by a signed agreement.

Links to third-party sites are provided for context or convenience. Rubix Labs does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
Website availability and changes
We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the public site at any time. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or current.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Suspension and enforcement
We may restrict or block access when we reasonably believe a person has violated these terms, threatened the site, or created risk for Rubix Labs or others. We may also preserve and disclose relevant information as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, our practices, or legal requirements. The revised terms apply when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
General provisions
If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent; Rubix Labs may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the relevant business. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning use of the public site, but they do not replace a signed client agreement.
