A focused public offer or launch. The entry package includes one responsive page, up to six sections, a contact form, email notifications, analytics and deployment.
A company presence with up to five bespoke pages at entry level. Larger scopes can add content management, case studies and enquiry management.
An authenticated web product around one valuable workflow, with up to two roles at entry level, a dashboard, managed database and production launch.
A cross-platform iOS and Android first release, with up to eight core screens, one primary workflow and store-submission support at entry level.
User journeys, integrations, data migration, permissions, content readiness and release requirements. We write down inclusions, exclusions, client inputs and acceptance criteria so scope decisions stay visible.
Build packages include three consolidated design revision rounds within the agreed scope. New directions, pages and functionality are separately estimated. Defects against the approved scope do not consume a revision round.
Care and managed hosting start at £120 per month for a landing page. The appropriate plan depends on the product and covers an agreed infrastructure allowance, monitoring, updates and support. Rubix-managed hosting requires an active care plan. New features and provider overages are separately scoped; the proposal confirms service coverage and response expectations.
We also scope AI adoption, knowledge connections, workflow pilots and improvements to existing websites. AI subscriptions and model usage are separate from Rubix’s service fees. These engagements begin with the task and current setup, rather than an assumed full rebuild.
